Thursday, October 8

7:30 p.m. Sesquicentennial Arts Showcase, GBPAC Honor the impact of UNI’s arts programs as we bring the sesquicentennial celebration to a close. Enjoy performances from the School of Music and TheatreUNI, including the debut of a new composition by emeritus professor Rebecca Burkhardt, Ph.D., created especially for the occasion.

Friday, October 9

1 – 2:30 p.m. Campus Tours, Maucker Union Ballroom Enjoy a personalized walking tour led by current UNI students. When registering, please note requests for mobility assistance as limited golf carts are available.

 3 – 4:30 p.m. Golden Graduate Ceremony, Maucker Union Ballroom Join us for a pinning ceremony for new Golden Graduates with guest speaker UNI President Mark Nook. Light refreshments provided. Please register for tours and the ceremony by September 23. 

5 – 9:30 p.m. Homecoming Bash, Campanile Lawn & Lawther Field Take part in a family-friendly outdoor Homecoming festival and be part of the conclusion of the year-long UNI Sesquicentennial Celebration and celebrate the success of Our Tomorrow: The Campaign for UNI. Enjoy food trucks, inflatables, a pep rally, an outdoor concert and a finale worthy of this anniversary

Saturday, October 10

11 a.m. Homecoming Parade, Downtown Cedar Falls Join fellow alumni for this favorite UNI tradition! The parade will start at 9th and Main Streets.

 4 p.m. UNI Football vs. North Dakota, UNI-Dome Discounted game tickets are available for $14 each when registering for Golden Grad. Tickets will be distributed at the Golden Grad ceremony or sent electronically if requested. No refunds can be issued after September 23.

Hotel room blocks for Golden Graduate attendees are being held through September 9. To reserve a room at the Holiday Inn Express, call 319-277-2400 and request the UNI Golden Graduate discount of $114 per night. This rate expires September 9.
